3rd week - Clay mountain scene Modelling ( Discover the highest Mountain in the world where it is and why it is so high)
4th week - Multi media collage of a habitat ( Discover the Habitat on the most fascinating Island in the world)
5th week - Weaving nests of the birds that live in the most extreme deserts of the world (Discover where is the biggest desert exists & why)
Australian Day celebration is a wonderful time to begin to educate our children of the Aboriginal Australian History through sustainable Art with a 5 week program. With part proceeds helping disadvantaged Aboriginal communities.
Enjoy a facts & feature activity folder with a mindful & very meaningful creation story related to the subject of that week.
1 wk - Clay Hut modelling (Discover the traditional Hut s & shelters of the first Aboriginal community.
what were they made of and how big they ranged from).
2nd wk - Wooden Rain Stick making (Discover what traditional rain stick represents & who used them & why)
3rd wk - Bark dot painting design (discover what & how colours were formed by making our own paints)
4th wk - Sacred Animal nature collage .(Discover a local sacred animal & their significance to the local Aboriginal tribes)
5th wk - Traditional Basic basket weaving. (Discover what local grass was traditionally used & what practical use it was intended for)
We have the blessing from a beautiful sustainable Community Garden to welcome children to learn among a growing garden & all the wild life it brings. To offer alternative & creative educational projects through art, culture, movement, raw food prep, & music . Focusing on nature, sustainability which vary with themes, the interest of the child, season & lifestyle. All classes involve theory as well as practical. Our Homeschooling family warmly welcomes your child as we offer skills from an Early childhood educator, Artist, Fitness, well being & budding junior dance enthusiast backgrounds.

9.15 - 10.15 MIND - Nature inspired learning all with natural & sustainable resources for play based sequence & logical concept development. Environment/ science ecosystems & gardening experience.
10.15 - Morning Tea encouraging fun self independent skills with an ORGANIC FRUIT PLATTER provided.
10.15 - 11.15 HAND - Creative Learning ( Art, Craft, music & culture )
11.15 - 11. 40 Lunch with co operating the teaching of self help skills & the joyful associations to meal time culture . Followed by quiet time with story telling.
12.00 - 1 .00 BODY - Balancing, co-ordination, Hopping, climbing. Teaching spacial awareness, social interaction, health & body games & guidance.
Wednesdays your little one will have nature play based education, sensory exploration, garden & craft & the above rhythm

Children 6 years and over are encouraged to learn Wild Water Swimming Skills, confidence, safety, knowledge, water awareness & fitness in a natural iconic water way known as The Noosa River.
WILD WATER KIDS 1ST HOLIDAY CLASS
We enjoyed the first one yesterday where Jas covered many dangers of River Swimming with an information & feedback from all the children all prior to starting the River water itself.
Very informative and a true eye opener into staying safe while enjoying river recreational swimming.
Fun survival games & skills were taught involving rope rescue, water testing & visual awareness for fatal accidents, the correct technique with moving rivers & more. The children where very involved & intrigued with the facts & loved the social team work encouraged. It was great & so important when you live in the Sunshine Coast with a lot of water based play & encounters. They all received positive praise and left with some facts & activity sheets in regard to Wild Water Safety to keep & understand
The Wild Water Kids Program will be run by Heart & Hands qualified Surf Life Saver, Surf educator, Triathlete, 1/2 Iron Man Participant & Swimming Instructor Jason & assisted by director of Heart & Hands Lee (Early Childhood Educator).
Both instructors hold a current First Aid Certificate, working with children criminal clearance certificates & child care experience..
